I want to write a review for Junior (Jorgito) Giorgio, ( my daughter recommend him to me) and he was our guide in Santorini, and honestly I don't know where to begin complimenting him, He wasn't just a guide; he was an absolute gem. From the moment we met him at the Santorini Port , it was clear he was trying that we have the best possible experience. He surprised us with water, coffee, and even on the way I like a magnet for my refrigerator and he bough it for me that is a gesture that truly went above and beyond. Junior was incredibly kind and went out of his way to please us in every single way. His was not only kind, with a lot of patience and knowledge about Santorini that we get impressed, and we felt like everyone on the street knew him, and greeted him like an old friend which was so cool to see. He even stopped to help other tourists with their photos, not only us. I've been on many tours, but I've never encountered a guide as thoughtful, knowledgeable, and universally beloved as Junior. He truly made our Santorini trip unforgettable. Junior is truly one of a kind – a guide who treats you like family and makes your experience truly special …I recommend him with my eyes closed

Patty was an amazing help with scheduling and suggestions. It was so nice to have every pick up and drop-off taken care of and not have any worries about getting from place to place. We had wonderful guides on our excursions and I will absolutely use this company again.
Complete waste of a lot of money, please stay away from this. As Michael noted in another review, they simply book flights, hotels, and taxes under your name, charging you double the actual price of the activity. In our case, it was even worse, as they attacked us and said it was our fault we did not feel comfortable getting on another flight and refused to refund anything, as they got us to the airport 60 min before departure to an overbooked flight. Again, stay away from this if you are looking for a private tour, book it if you want to pay double someone to book activities online for you, and will leave you hanging if you have any issues along the way.
Dear Vitor, It is indeed peculiar that despite the double booking made by "Sky Express" and the compensation offered by the airline, which you received, you chose not to travel and declined the opportunity to board the subsequent flight departing just two hours later. Your decision to cancel the trip to Mykonos and Santorini seems to be based on the fact that you would have had to depart two hours later than originally planned. While the specific personal reasons behind this decision remain unclear, it appears that you took the initiative to cancel the reservation yourself, fully aware that you would not be eligible for a refund. As for the option of a private service, it is important to understand that it caters to individuals who seek a personalized travel experience with the support of a dedicated assistant managing all their reservations. WORST excursion I have ever booked. I have taken countless tours/excursions via Viator and this was by far the most unprofessional travel agency I have ever come across. If you have limited time in the Greek islands, which is the exact, targeted audience for this particular activity, you would be wise to avoid this. Save yourself money, time, frustration, and anger by seeking a travel agency who conducts themselves professionally, believes in customer service, and offers quality instead of a bitter taste in one’s mouth after what should be an amazing trip considering the location. The information advertised on Viator by this company is false advertising from the very title of the excursion, down to the entire time-line. So much of this aggravating experience could have been avoided if the agency would simply update the information they present on Viator, or at least make it clear that times could change based on seasonal availability. However, they are comfortable presenting inaccurate information, and once you book, they do not allow cancellations. I use Viator frequently, and absolutely depend on the timeline presented in the tour details. I find it odd EVERY other company out there gets it right-except for this one. They contradict themselves throughout the description. “Transport, activities, and accommodation are all included in the tour price..” I can read, so I saw later on that the cruises are not actually paid for, despite that at the bottom of the description it says, “Admission Ticket Free,” which is confusing. Regardless, you can forget about these additional tours. I inquired several times about the sunset cruise and no one ever even responded. As for the Delos cruise, because of seasonal ferry times which are not mentioned on Viator, I arrived on Mykonos so late it was already dark and the day was done. There were frequent lapses in communication which left me anxious at every transfer point. Upon leaving the hotel in Santorini, for example, I was informed by the hotel that my pick up time was earlier than the one in my itinerary. But you are trusting this agency to have these things worked out. Instead, my driver dropped me off and demanded payment, expressing zero knowledge of this having been pre-paid for. He angrily left and I proceeded to bake in the sun sitting on a concrete slab (the actual terminal is a deserted building with no attendants) waiting several hours for a ferry which was very late, and of course I had no information or updates about any of this, other than to wonder if my ferry was ever coming. Even breakfast was an ordeal, since the first hotel, who did not have my room ready when I arrived and seemed surprised to see me, informed me I was not supposed to get breakfast (even though it was definitely included) but that they would “do me a favor” and allow me to have it. This agency needs to clear up confusion like that on the end of their vendors but they will not even acknowledge your issue when you tell them so it’s a lost cause and will only leave you feeling uncomfortable and frustrated. Each day of this short trip was littered with constant glitches. Absolutely unacceptable performance. The fact that this excursion even presents itself as a tour is a joke. It is not a tour. All you are doing is paying someone a grossly inflated price to arrange your hotels/ferries/taxis, which is fine, except that they do it so poorly you will only end up wasting your already limited time. I identified every glitch to them along the way and when I presented all of the issues, again, chronologically at the end of the trip, the response I received insinuated I was actually lying. They deny or disregard any problems you might have. I am beyond disgusted with their lack of professionalism and extreme lack of customer service. Very, very disappointing.
Dear Sasha, We are very sorry with your unfair review towards our company. First of all, you knew all along (you booked the tour on the 23rd of March and early morning on the 24ts we had send you the detailed program with the exact pick up times) and from the beginning of the tour the ferry boat time and also the pickup time from each place as upon reservation, client received a detailed program. Due to the low tourist season, we upgraded the ferry tickets to airline tickets without extra charge and also offered you a complimentary upgrade at a 4* star hotel in Mykonos. In addition, by proceeding and booking air tickets, you spent less time in transportation and had more time to spend in each island as opposed to what is mentioned in your review. Therefore we do not comprehend how an upgrade to air tickets and more time in the islands would be an issue. As stated in the itinerary, the sunset cruise is an optional activity. You had never inquired at any time about booking this excursion (please check our correspondance) and immediately proceeded to leave a review while it is clearly shown that you never asked us. Moreover, all the hotels provided breakfast but not for the arrival day as it is globally known but only the next morning after overnight. And we have been accused for that as well, altough the owner of the hotel was kind enough and offered you some breakfast. Also the fact that the room was not ready is because the check in time in each hotel is after 14.00 due to COVID restrictions and not earlier unless the room is ready but again the hotel is not obliged to offer breakfast on that day. Last but not least, in Santorini you called a taxi on your own as we have been informed by the hotel and left earlier from the hotel despite having an arranged transfer by our agency without waiting for our driver and clearly arrived earlier at the port. Furthermore you never paid the taxi as you considered that it is paid by us. How could that be? And of course you are complaining for the long waiting time at the port when clearly, it was your decision not to wait for our pre arranged transfer and leave earlier from the hotel. Finally, at the end of the trip you demanded to be transferred to the airport which is located 40 kilometres away form Athens free of charge, when it was clearly stated that the pick up & drop off location is from/ to the center of Athens. However, we waived the additional cost and offered you the transfer to the airport free of charge! We treated you with respect and professionalism as we always do with all of our customers and always were fast with our replies and communication. We strongly feel that this review is malicious & false and placed in order to harm our company. Respectfully,
