3 Day Masai Mara Safari

All was good.we could enjoy the nature closely.know the culture.The guide and Driver was very supportive and caring.Sray was very comfortable and food was good.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience as we observed 26 distinct varieties of wildlife including every Safari animal possible. We took a brief excursion into Tanzania to watch an amazing Sand River wildebeest crossing. Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with.

We had an incredible trip to Masai Mara N.R. with the experienced, knowledgeable guide Dan Kim who brought us to the hidden corners of the park and who knew the behaviour of the cats so well that he predicted which direction they would walk towards. I would recommend the tour company to friends & family.

A truly exceptional experience! I travelled with my family of 4 and we took a 4 night all-inclusive stay at Mara Simba in July 2026. Thanks to our guide Vincent for sharing his knowledge and experience with us during the safari. He told us some animal/land facts we did not know before and was quick to answer our questions. His knowledge of the forest grounds was commendable. During each game drives he showed us many rare animals that some consider lucky to even gave a glimpse! We saw multiple Prides of Lions, and the elusive leopards and cheetahs! Thanks to Explorer Kenya and Vincent for making our first safari unforgettable. Would definitely recommend to others looking for guides and safaris in Kenya/Masai Mara.

Wow! What an incredible safari experience we had with Explorer Kenya this week- but more specifically our highly experienced driver James! I traveled with friends to Kenya for a medical mission trip and my friend raved about the safari experience James provided during our first trip in July 2024. We only had a few days for safari (3 days/2 nights) but James made it well worth it! James picked us up from the place we were staying in Nairobi and drove us out to Masai Mara. Our group was very curious and we asked a lot of questions- James was so knowledgable and gave us so many great insights! When we arrived at our game lodge, we took a quick rest before heading out for our evening game drive. WOW! In a short 3 hours, we saw so many animals and James has an incredible eye for spotting animals. Oftentimes, he would be the first to spot an animal and then other tour companies would join. James not only has an exceptional eye- but he is so knowledgable about the patterns of the animals, their habits, and interesting facts. We learned so much! Our Day 2 consisted of a full game drive and we were on safari from 7:30a-3:30p. We saw every animal possible except the elusive rhino! I recommend asking for James- you won't be disappointed!

We just returned from a truly magical 3-day safari in the Maasai Mara, made unforgettable by our exceptional guide, Sam. From the moment we set off, he proved to be an outstanding host, deeply knowledgeable about the reserve, skilled at finding the best wildlife sightings, and wonderfully patient and flexible throughout the trip, allowing us to take as much time as we needed for photos. Thanks to Sam, we witnessed breathtaking moments: a pride of lions feasting on a buffalo, an intense standoff between a cheetah and a baboon, and, to top it all off, a memorable visit to a Maasai village where we experienced life in a manyatta firsthand. This journey gave us memories we will cherish forever, and we couldn’t have asked for a better guide. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful trip in the Maasai Mara, including a full day game drive and a picnic in the wild. I highly recommend Explorer Kenya for your safari adventure.

My experience on the 3-day safari was amazing. Our driver was Sammy and he was kind, knowledgeable, and overall fun to hang out with! I would definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a fulfilling yet seamless experience. Well done, Sammy! We’ll be back.
