It was simply amazing, from beginning to end everything was sensational, we were welcomed and welcomed, the guides and all the people who were in contact with us were super kind and attentive.

The experience, in general, was positive and I consider that the tour offers a good cost-benefit. However, I believe that some important points deserve to be highlighted so that future travellers have more aligned expectations and so that the agency can improve its services. 1. In my perception, the "guide" acts more as a driver than as a tourist guide. It lacked deeper historical and cultural knowledge, as well as the ability to convey this content to tourists during the journey. 2. Communication in certain situations was confusing and sometimes generated unnecessary stress. On one occasion, for example, we were informed that we should be ready to leave at 8am from camp in the desert. However, later it became clear that the time of 8am corresponded to the time when we should already be in the vehicle that would take us back to Marrakech, disregarding the time required for the transportation between the camp and the place of boarding. This type of information discovery can generate delays and avoidable misunderstandings. 3. The procedures and alternatives in case of travel interruption, whether for medical reasons or other exceptional situations, are not clear. During the tour, I faced a health problem and eventually considered returning to Marrakech to receive more specialized care. However, no specific guidance or option was presented to me, which conveyed a feeling of total lack of support. 4. All communication with the agency is carried out through a WhatsApp group that includes all participants of the tour. I understand the practicality of this format, but I believe that there should also be a private channel to deal with personal or sensitive issues, preserving the privacy of customers and respecting data protection principles. 5. Finally, and this was undoubtedly the most negative point of the experience, I highlight how the agency handled the suggestions and criticisms that it itself requested in the WhatsApp group. After we shared our feedback, I was approached in a private conversation by an assistant in an extremely rude way, without any empathy and demonstrating a total misunderstanding of the reports. Including, this review is being published exclusively because of how I was treated after providing the requested feedback. Until then, despite the points mentioned, I had no intention of publicly exposing these situations. Unfortunately, the care received later was more striking than the problems encountered during the tour.
