We booked a desert excursion in advance and were informed only a few minutes before departure that the minibus had supposedly been involved in an accident with a motorbike. The timing felt extremely unprofessional, as we were left with no time to make alternative plans. We were effectively stranded and the trip simply did not happen. There was no proper support or solution offered, just a cancellation at the last minute. This is not how a tour operator should treat customers. We requested a refund of our deposit as the service was not provided. I would not recommend this company based on this experience.
I organized the trip in advance, when I did the consultation were helpful and responded quickly. I made a deposit of 70 euros. Near the trip I sent emails to see if everything was okay. They didn't answer me, they left me in the vacuum. Only after I said that if they did not respond I would report to the police, finely returned me and said they would only warn me the day before the tour and that if I was not satisfied I could ask my money back. I canceled everything and am waiting for my refund. I had to reorganize the whole trip.

We booked a tour back in March 2026 and the reviews were juste fine back then. They took our deposit and never answered back after, either by phone, Whatsapp or Email. They seemed to be closed, no service at number diables when calling. Do not book there
They didn't pick us up at the airport. Never communicated for meeting point instructions schedule etc only 21 30 hs calls and wapp various and unanswered The next day they got the wrong people in our combi, and we waited for them to come back. On the way back, two homers lying in the back seat (who passed with seat belts) had scenes not typical of a public transport. The driver, well thank you!!! The hotels are fine.
Absolutely terrible experience. We paid a deposit, but the company never showed up at the agreed pick-up location. No communication, no explanation. When we tried to resolve the situation, they refused to refund our money. We were essentially left without service and lost several hundred euros. On top of that, it is almost impossible to reach anyone to file a complaint or get any support. Highly do not recommend this company. Be very careful before booking anything with them.
The driver never showed up. We booked the tour in advance through the igomorocco website and paid a deposit. Due to Ramadan, no one communicated with us until the day before the tour. Following the instructions, we reported the pickup location and adhered to the 7:30 a.m. departure time. That night, we received a message stating that the pickup location had changed and the time was 7:15–7:40 a.m. We arrived at the location at 7:22 a.m. We called, and at 9:00 a.m. we were told that the driver had allegedly arrived at 7:15 a.m. AND ALLEGEDLY LEFT THE LOCATION IMMEDIATELY. NO ONE CALLED US. We were unsuccessful in our attempt to get a refund. They ruined our vacation in Morocco.| I cannot recommend them.
Louzi the driver was amazing. He embellished our trip. He is really the best driver we have met I recommend this driver to everyone. It brings good humor. He’s really invested and thinks about the well-being of all of us first. Thanks again to him. As for the staff of the dune camp, it was also a pleasant time to spend with them. We feasted.!!!
Had an amazing trip! I Go Morocco handled all the logistics for me and made sure everything went smoothly so that I could have a stress-free trip. Highly recommend!
Karim was our private driver and was really nice. We knew this 2-day trip is quite intense. However, Karim still made this trip with us and explained lots of things during our long car drive. We can also requested for extra stops for taking some pictures on the road. Even we were just taking pictures on the car, he tried to slow a little bit down for us, which is really thoughtful! Igomorocco agency: Before the trip, we had a hard time to contact to the agent. First was the airport pick up. We contacted on WhatsApp but no response, thus we have to find a taxi on our own to get to the accommodation. The second was before the trip. We had to ask a Riad staff to call via phone as the agency did not answer our messages and calls on WhatsApp. Other than that, there was no other issue. The view was amazing! Although we had this trip in 2 days due to the weather issue, we still have got good views and great pics!
