This was honestly one of the best tours I’ve ever been on, and a huge part of that was Nita and Andreas. From the very beginning, they were warm, funny, chatty, and incredibly easy to be around. It never felt like we were just being moved from one attraction to the next. Nita handled everything for us — tickets, logistics, communicating with locals, helping with photos, and making sure we always knew what was happening — so we could actually relax and enjoy the experience. The waterfall and volcano stops were absolutely incredible and some of the biggest highlights of our entire Indonesia trip. What stood out even more, though, was how thoughtful they were with my dad. They really looked after him and made sure he was comfortable, included, and able to enjoy everything. When I couldn’t make it all the way up the volcano, Nita continued on with my dad so he could still reach the top and have the full experience. That meant a lot to me. Andreas was an excellent driver — safe, patient, reliable, funny, and genuinely pleasant to spend so many hours with. He and Nita worked incredibly well together and made the whole trip feel effortless. I’ve done a lot of tours while traveling, and this one truly stands out as one of the best I’ve ever taken. The scenery was spectacular, but Nita and Andreas are what made the experience unforgettable. They were professional, kind, organized, funny, and genuinely caring. I would book with them again without hesitation and recommend them to anyone visiting East Java.
