2 Night Nile Cruise from Luxor to Aswan

Ahmed Al Sunni and Dunya were great tour guides. His explanation was very good. He was knowledgable, friendly, and speaks good english. We had a great time.

After speaking with many other tour operators, this company is a sham & this cruise does not exist. Our 2-day cruise was planned to set off on 28 Dec @ 4am. An early night was in order! I awoke at 3.30am and discovered an email from Nice Tours cancelling this tour due "to the current disease outbreak in your destination." An exact quote from their email. To be clear, every other cruise company was operating that day and there was no outbreak of any disease. The company lied. They cancelled so late on us we had absolutely no opportunity to book another cruise or even a day tour to Abu Simbel Temples. They ruined a key highlight of our holiday. We tried contacting Nice Tours and they would not answer the phone or reply to emails. Even when I rang the contact at 3.30am to ask what was going on, they just hung up the phone. They would not assist or help the customers they abandoned. Skip this company & choose a reliable & trustworthy tour company.

On the day of the cruise nobody arrived to collect us from our hotel.We were told we would be collected at 10.30am initially.After several messages we were told this had now changed to 1pm then at around 12.30pm we were informed our cruise had been cancelled.This left us with no accommodation for 2 nights and suddenly having to find an alternative way of travelling to Aswan.Very poor service & would not book this again.

I was SO EXCITED for this cruise! I was looking forward to sailing with a big view of the Nile. I booked my trip based on the pictures on their post. As you can see from the picture I provided, I paid and was confirmed for a queen bed with a large, sliding glass window with a floor-to-ceiling view of the Nile. HOWEVER, I was assigned a room with 2 twin beds and a small window with an opening that is about 2 feet by 3 feet. I was SO DISAPPOINTED! Before the ship sailed, I immediately showed my confirmation picture to the manager. With a nonchalant attitude, he told me that all of the windows on this ship were designed like that. Had I known that, I never would have booked this! This is blatant false advertising. I went back to my room to make notes for my online complaint. I started receiving messages from the manager stating that I did not specify the name of the ship when I booked. WHAT?! This is not an option. Also as a customer, how am I supposed to know the name of the ships that cruise the Nile. I booked the room that THEY advertised. Obviously from my confirmation, I booked a room with certain features and this company gave me something completely different and far inferior. By the time we set sail, a manager came to my room and offered me suite with a queen sized bed. Although I appreciate their attempt to make me feel better, the different room still had the same small window. When I return to Egypt and cruise the Nile, I will definitely be with a different company.

The ship was Luxury ship more than expected, The room was super clean and has a Great view of Nile !! The crew were kind people. We had Amazing time 5 out of 5!!!!!

A tour to remember, especially with Moahmmed as your tour guide. The kids were overjoyed, and everything went very smoothly. Food was good and plenty. Excellent hot air balloon. A day to remember!!

Great Cruise with 5-star ship my room was clean and comfortable. The staff of the ship were really nice and kind people!

The Nile Cruise is a truly amazing, it's much better than hotels the Nile views from the cabin is truly wonderful Also, the board of the ship is fantastic for relaxing.

I certainly recommend this Nile Cruise. Everything was very well organised since we booked it. The room was spacious and clean and the was variety in food!! Thank you!
