Description
The Home is always try to provide the best experience for all of our dear guest as our family members, from begin to end. Normally, the experience will start as follows: 1. Pick you up from your hotel or somewhere else which in our free transportation area 2. Take a relax in your private car for a few minutes (depend on distance and traffic jam) 3. When arrive, warmly welcome from receptionist 4. Receptionist will provide special cool tea and cool towel for you 5. Your therapist will meet you and clean your foot with special salt 6. Get in your private room, change soft, clean and comfort clothes 7. Welcome for shower before but if after massage not recommend as should keep yourself warm after massage at least 2-3 hours 8. Start your unique experience in The Home 9. After finish, receptionist will provide our special warm tea and snack 10. Your private car will send you back to hotel or somewhere else which in our free transportation area

Most amazing massage in Chiang Mai
Had the most amazing massage here. As. Female solo traveller it’s a lovely safe massage and spa. You have your own private room. I nearly fell asleep multiple times. If you’re in Chiang Mai, I highly recommend visiting ☺️

The Home Massage and Spa provided a fantastic experience! We enjoyed the 2-hour Wow Hatcha Lanna package, which was both relaxing and rejuvenating. The staff was professional and caring, ensuring our comfort throughout. Free transportation was a great bonus! Highly recommend.

Wonderful respite from the city!
Such an amazing and relaxing experience from start to end. They offer hotel pick-up and drop-off from many spots in Old Town. When we stepped in, they were so welcoming and provided us with a refreshing cold drink and also a warm foot bath. They also took in our massage preference at check-in. We then went upstairs for our 2 hour massage and it was amazing. Our massage therapist was sure to check in on how the pressure was and how we were feeling and took note of what we wanted. We walked out feeling so relaxed and felt like we were on clouds. We had hot tea and a pastry waiting for us afterwards. We wish we had more time for a longer session here. The facility is super clean and would highly recommend to anyone looking to relax in Chiang Mai!

The masseuse was very friendly and nice the room has the right ambiance. Very happy with the buy one get one free and also the 20% promotion. We were picked up by the driver at the hotel and it was a free service.👍👍💕

Rubbed the wrong way, but still an excellent experience.
Once I booked the tour, I received communications about setting up the pick up at the hotel. Unfortunately, the person that I was communicating with was confused because the tour was for the 23rd and the day I booked it was the 23rd. After a few exchanges, they realized that it was July and I was booking for November. I set the massage up for my wife, mom and sisters as I went on another adventure. Thinking things were all set up I went on my way. Later I received a text from my wife telling me that the pick-up time moved to 11:45. The story later unraveled that no one showed up to pick up my family. My wife asked the hotel to call the number and they informed her that they were very familiar with the company. The hostess at the site was very abrasive with the hotel desk person. She was adamant that no arrangements were ever made, but she also stated that they had a driver available and the family got picked up. Once my wife and family arrived, the hostess continued being short with them. Arguing no pick up was set up, and talking extremely fast when requested to slow down. The hostess customer service skills definitely were lacking. Once things all got sorted out, the ladies had a great massage and their masseuses were very nice, accommodating and did an excellent job! After the massage was over, the were driven back to the hotel. Once I heard their story, I reached back out to the company on the same page where the pick up was confirmed, and shared that no driver showed and that the hostess was rude and asked for it to be looked into for future customers. The response back was a thank you and they would investigate, but no apologies were offered. At the end of the day, double confirm your pick up and prepare for a fantastic massage. I would recommend this tour.
