Description
This was the very first tour we created, and it is still our guests' favorite. After years exploring the Riviera Maya, we chose the two places we love most: a sanctuary where sea turtles and stingrays live in the wild, and a stretch of the reef in front of the Tulum ruins full of color. Our local team shares them every day with the same care we would give our own family: small groups on each boat, a guide in the water with you, and a deep respect for the animals and the reef.

Great Experience
I was a bit nervous because of the different meeting spots, but I had found my way there. Denpending where you enter from, you would need a shuttle to get to the stop. They send a thorough WhatsApp message about meeting points and specific rules.
The staff were very nice and helpful. The tour was an amazing experience for an affordable price! I was hoping to see the animals as stated and grateful that I was able to. The tour guide was fun and we had fun with the animals, too. It was a small crowd for my tour. The duration was a good time. It’s definitely a fun thing to do while you are in Tulum especially duping this season since the beaches are currently not swimmable at the shore.

Boat excursion
My family and I had a great time on this excursion. The guides were friendly and very helpful. We saw fish, stingrays, turtles and beautiful coral. I highly recommend.

Amazing!
We had such a wonderful, fun trip! The guides were lovely and warm, and we could really feel that they put their hearts into it. We saw sooo many sea turtles and stingrays! Despite our concerns about the seaweed this time of year, we barely noticed it. It was amazing!

I was the only one who...
I was the only one who booked and when I arrived I wasn't exactly made to feel welcome. I felt they would rather I hadn't come and they could have the morning off. I get that but in which case, why accept my booking? The guys running the trip didn't even introduce themselves, there were no explanations and I had to ask all the questions. I was charged $50 for a 300ml can of water, when they had a huge 25litre bottle they said was for their personal use...extortion. It was beautiful to see some marine life but the reef is badly damaged and bleached.

Sin embargo, no estoy de acuerdo cuando usas la palabra extorsión, para nosotros eso es demasiado grave. Nuestro punto de encuentro está localizado dentro de un parque natural al cual están restringidos los accesos de muchas cosas como plásticos desechables. Cada quien puede traer su propia agua en un termo o Yeti. Por ello recomendamos mucho que cada quien traiga su propia agua. Te envío mis mejores deseos.
