we pre paid for the trip but the bus did not arrive at the hotel and when I phoned the local operator - Falcon Safaris they knew nothing about the reservation. I have emailed Viator and they have not had the decency to respond never mind refund me the money paid
Great service from Falcon Safaris. We didn’t book directly with them, rather they were contracted by our Botswana tour guide to handle the Vic Falls part of our tour. Everyone from Falcon was excellent, all pickups were on time. We thoroughly enjoyed the boat cruise on the Zambezi River. Again great service and enjoyed wonderful views & animal sightings. Falcon helped us organize a short trip to the Zambia side of the falls, facilitating our stop at the boder through immigration on both sides. Definitely will use this company again when we return.
