Description
Join a beautiful 2-hour sailing trip off the coast of Barcelona with a very small group on a modern sailing boat. We have 2 tours every day at 11h am and 3h pm leaving from Port Olimpico in the centre of Barcelona. The unique experience of sailing in the sunshine with a fresh breeze, free drink and small snack, while taking in the skyline of Barcelona. Accompanied by interesting people from all over the world and your personal skipper, stop for a short swim and if you are lucky spot dolphins and whales.

Before the 1992 Summer Olympic Games, Barcelona was a city that had lived turning its back to the sea. This changed dramatically when Barcelona was chosen to host the 1992 Olympic Games. Plans were announced for the development of a new sports marina, several docks, a new neighborhood to house the athletes –The Olympic Village– and two skyscrapers (Hotel Arts & Mapfre Tower). In preparation for the Olympic Games, Barcelona went through the most dramatic makeover in recent history. As a result, the city turned into a true Mediterranean city by opening its doors to the sea.
The 52m long golden fish sculpture El Peix is one of the best known and most striking landmarks on Barcelona’s seafront. It’s gold coloured stainless steel surface shines under the Mediterranean sun and changes appearance depending on the angle of the sun and the current weather conditions.

Quite the enjoyable experience. I get why people buy boats! We had perfect weather for sailing and it was lovely laying out and e watching the waves. The snacks were so good and the cava was a delight. Plenty of time to swim and then dry off in the sun. Wish it was longer than 2 hours!
The tour was amazing. Our skipper Edu did a great job at explaining everything and made us all laugh with his shark-jokes!

Our guide Mikel was very cool and professional! He's a skilled sailor and managed to keep us well stocked on snacks and drinks the entire journey! It was super comfortable with just three of us. I wouldn't recommend more than 8 in my opinion, but the boat can technically fit a few more than that. I think it was a good value for the experience. Mikel let us choose between touring the water level harbors nearby with only a little bit of swim time in the ocean or spending more time in the ocean for more swim time. So if you're reading this and are offered a choice, it's up to your priorities, but my group chose to explore the harbors, which offered a ton of great photos of the city from the water. It was cool. 5/5, would sail again

A very good experience. We were lucky with the skipper. Mikel made us have two fantastic hours. He offered us drinks and snacks. Everything was very clean and very tidy.

An excellent day on the sea, with smooth sailing and beautiful waters. Our trip was with Mikel, who was an amazing skipper and an all around great person-- friendly, funny, and exactly the kind of person you trust to pilot you around for a couple of hours. Our tour included drinks and snacks, and while we could have simply hit the open sea, we opted to head further into the Barcelona harbor to see the architecture. And even with that, we had about 15-20 mins to swim at the end. All around perfect experience.
