Morning of cancellation
I booked online two days before the date I chose and received confirmation and signed a waiver. On the morning of our scheduled tandem kayak (6 hours prior to the start time), we received a text stating that they will be closed "today and tomorrow for end of season maintenance". We were leaving Austin the following day so it wasn't an option to reschedule, and Groupon wouldn't give me a direct refund, I had to receive credit. I do not recommend them and would choose a much more reliable company.

He never show up
I DO NOT recommend this person! There was a lot of traffic and we arrived 5 minutes late. We asked several people that was there in the paddle rowing club if he has arrive and they said NO so we waited over 30 minutes during that time I tried to called him several times and he finally pick up on the 4th attempts. My husband and I traveled 5.5 hours with several of my kids to do the kayak experience but he straight out lied that he has already launched and left us hanging and ruined our family plans.

Poor
No one showed up to gives us kayaks. I had to rent a paddle board for me and my partner for his birthday from another company. Won’t purchase again.

A Mishandled Mess
The website, tickets, and support chat gave us 3 different locations for our class. We tried calling multiple times and nobody answered. Spent an hour driving around and checking ALL THREE LOCATIONS. Nobody was present at any of them. Couldn't reschedule. Couldn't get a refund. Complete waste of 60 bucks. I'm sure it would've been fun if they had correct and consistent information... or someone there to answer the phone at 10am on a Wednesday. I'd share pictures, but all I really "experienced" was frustration and disappointment. On a positive note, I'm considering asking them to be paul bearers at my funeral given their flawless ability to let me down.

Bad experience
They wouldn't answer their phoneor the message through Viator for 48 hours. They didn't open until noon. I tried to reschedule because of rain and they were inflexible Beyond 24 hours. They basically just took my money. I was glad it was only for $30

Amazing, must do when in Austin, activity!
The host was absolutely knowledgeable and interesting to talk with. He was on time and very responsive to our messages. His kayaking equipment was in great shape and everything was provided for our adventure. Absolutely would recommend this to everyone!!

Easy and seamless experience! My group and I showed up at the lake, and everything was ready for us. The equipment was great quality, and the staff was very easy to work with. I would definitely rent from here again!

Disappointed that this service has to have many people per time slot and then changing our time within hour of arrival
When you’re on vacation you have selected activities and a schedule to go by. We reserved kayaking activity yesterday morning around 9:30 am for a 12 pm -2pm reservation. As preparing to leave I received a text from the instructor at 11:08 am to tell us our reservation has been moved to a later time (2pm-4pm)due to a lack of bookings. Sounded like not enough reservations.Wow . Of course that was unacceptable because there were other activities already planned for that time frame. I immediately sent an email to cancel and to return all monies. It was cancelled but still awaiting refund.
