My Namibia trip with Quality Time Tours was amazing, and a big part of that was my guide/driver, Ricky. He was professional, kind, and always had a great attitude-plus he was genuinely knowledgeable and kept everything running smoothly. We had a fantastic time at the dunes. And when we discovered the lodge rooms didn’t have Wi‑Fi, Ricky went out of his way to give me his personal SIM card to use in my room.
