We were to go on a two day tour from Bukhara to Samarkand in a car. We had planned an overnight stay at a Yurt. But that did not take place because we had health issues. Ruzibek our guide, and his company were very flexible and accommodated our request to start the next day. We ended uo having a memorable journey from Bukhara to Samarkand. On the way, Ruzibek showed us the petroglyphs that we wanted to see. He also showed us the fort that Alexander the Great built at Nurota. Finally, since we missed the night at the Yurt, he took us on a terrific ride through the Noruta Mountains. I highly recommend Ruzibek and his company.

We begin leaving Bukhara in time and visited all the Paleogliphic and the city of Nurata, which was greatly explain by our guide; the Ayradukul lake the next day was amazing. The yurta experience was unique and i personally raccomande to all who like to try something new.

Beautiful experience and great meetings with Abbos our French speaking guide and our driver. We visited the iconic places and the explanations provided were of quality. I would add that they were very careful for us. The night in the yurt is an experience to do and seeing the desert and the great wilderness was exceptional! Finally, the meals are very good. My sister and I booked the 2-day yurt camp tour and, while our guide and driver were both very kind and knowledgeable, the experience was unfortunately let down by the quality of the transportation. We paid $245 USD per person, which included the promise of a comfortable car with air conditioning. However, we spent the entire day driving through the desert in over 95°F (35°C) heat with no A/C. We had to have the windows down the whole time, which was far from the comfortable, modern tour experience we paid a premium for. When we raised this concern privately with the company, hoping to find a reasonable solution, we were disappointed with the response. They claimed the A/C was only off for 10km due to a petrol issue, which was not accurate—it was the entire journey. They apologized but refused to offer any form of partial refund, stating that it wasn't possible for this situation. Ultimately, we paid a high price for a service that was not delivered as advertised. While the people were lovely, the company did not take responsibility for the significant discomfort we experienced. Future travelers should be aware of this when considering the price and value of this tour.

The driver was unable to turn on the AC initially due to the lack of a working petrol station. You traveled about 10 km to Yurt camp without AC. The driver refueled the next day, and the AC was used for the remainder of your trip. You requested a refund and threatened to leave negative reviews on all sales platforms if we didn’t comply. Honestly, we were unable to offer a refund in this situation. After the tour, you requested a full refund through GetYourGuide. Our tour started from Bukhara with pick up from our hotel at 9am The first stop was the site to see the petroglyphs Then we went to a guest house for a very good lunch and then continue to see the fortress of Alexander the Great Finally I arrive in the desert and at the yurt a fabulous camp where we had dinner and admired around the fire traditional music and sleep in the yurt was very suggestive! The next day we went to the lake Finally our guide Muhammad, was very kind to take us to Kongil before accompanying us to the station Really a friendly and very helpful professional guide I am glad to have made this tour an unmissable stop for a nice trip to Uzbekistan Thank you!

Many interesting sights and more information about Tashkent. The tour was simly magical and more than I expected. The architecture is incredible. Well worth seeing!
