2 Day Sacred Valley Capsule Adventure: Rafting & Biking

Buyer be aware! There is no mention in the description that it is a 5 hour car ride one way from Cusco to the Capsules. In addition it mentions that on the second day it will take only 3 hours to do all the adventures with 2 hour transfer back to Cusco but this is not counting the additional 5 hour car ride on top of this. We had to skip the rafting because we did the first 2 activities and it took almost 4 hours and there was no way we could still do the rafting and take the 5 hours car ride back to Cusco and make our flights to Lima. Then they would not refund us for the rafting that we paid for but didn't do. The schedule was not well planned nor was the communication very good along the way. The capsules are really janky. There is no heat or air. The windows in the bathroom allow everyone around to see in. It was super cold in September when we were there and we had to sleep with all our clothes on including sweatshirts and hoodies to avoid freezing. The mountain biking was a joke. We went down a dirt road that they called mountain biking. Also one of the mountain bikes brakes did not work so you can imagine that you really can't mountain bike down the mountain without breaks. It also mentioned that you could admire the scared mountain views in the thermal hot springs, but with the 5 hour drive time we got there at 8pm and there are no views in the dark. They also didn't mention in the description that they would dump you with 20 other tourists in a different tour company so that you could see the sites on the first day. There was no communication from them, we had to contact them at all times to figure out the itinerary. The whole adventure was a total bust. Don't waste your time or money.
