Very beautiful circuit. Our guide Juan Carlos was very professional, excellent, attentive, and very friendly. Top-notch.
Ernesto was fantastic to hike with. Set a great pace and stopped enough to allow us to enjoy the view, take some photos to capture the memories and share information about the history and culture of the area.
Wow! What an incredible trip! Our guide, Ernesto, took great care of my father and I! We finally got to experience Peru and the beauty of Machu Picchu and Ernesto really helped us to learn about the traditional Inca people with a very positive and upbeat attitude! I highly recommend Ernesto and our driver Guido for your next trip to Peru and beyond!! Thank you for the memories!!!
I went with my Mom towards the end of July and we had the most wonderful time! Ernesto was a great guide and provided a lot of good information over our two days together. The timing of everything was great, we got to see everything we hoped to without feeling rushed.
Our two day sacred Valley tour was split into two guides. Richard has guided tourists to Machu Picchu more than 500 times and was a fantastic resource for knowledge. We really appreciated how he took the time during the best photo opportunities to take our pictures with the best angles and views. He was very organized and explained the process of logistics with train and bus tickets. We especially appreciated the surprise of a car service directly back to Cusco. It was very comfortable. This is one of the benefits of investing with AB expeditions. We really valued getting to know our guides as people and learning about their culture. We highly recommend being the first on site to witness the sun crest over the mountains and hit the mountain and Citadel at dawn. It was stunning. You do not need to look past AB expeditions when investing in guided tours of the Sacred Valley.
The two of us did the Short Inca Trail (2 days) and were absolutely thrilled with the whole trip! The scenery is incredible, and the hike to Machu Picchu was an unforgettable experience. A huge thank you goes to our tour guide, Freddi! He was incredibly nice and friendly, providing just the right amount of information—fascinating, yet never bogged down in theory. It was just perfect! A quick tip for anyone arriving by train: don't get confused if there’s any discussion about the kilometer markers (Km 104 vs. Km 106). For the train drivers and guides, it’s effectively the same drop-off point, so there’s no need to worry. Overall, it was a superbly organized tour and an absolute highlight of my trip to Peru. I highly recommend it to everyone!
Our tour guide was Freddie. We had a great time with him. We learned so much about Machu Picchu and the history. He was welcoming and showed us around. We had a great experience. Overall, the track was really enjoyable.
We had a wonderful experience with our tour guide named Freddy he was very friendly and very professional did a great job explaining the history of the inka also the company did a great job with the transportation and the hotel the whole experience was very smooth definitely recommend to book with them
We had the opportunity to make the tour with Julius Cesar, very experienced and welcoming guide. Have the patience to guide us in the most tiring moments of the trail, always motivating, making the day light and fun.
Knowledgeable tour guides, helpful, genuine, they got us the routes we wanted. We got upgraded at no addational coat. Otilia visited us herself and saw us off at the airport.
