We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Zhangjiajie. The trip was made especially memorable because of our wonderful guide, Doris. She was knowledgeable and very friendly and enthusiastic. She went out of her to guide us to things outside the tour itself like finding a good spa and helping with food recommendations. She was very flexible and adjusted to a change in our plans. Doris was with us every step of our itinerary and made sure we were well looked after. The icing on the cake was her skills with taking photos and creating videos. Thanks very much Doris for making our trip to Zhangjiajie unforgettable!

Fox Fairy Show w/ pick up and drop off
My boyfriend and I booked the experience to watch the Fox Fairy Show through Viator with this guide. The pickup and drop off was very smooth. It made for an amazing time. If you’re in Zhangjiajie area near the Tianmen Mountain, you should definitely go watch this show!!

Zhangjiajie Family Tour
Excellent tour overall. Our tour guide, Cara was an absolutely amazing and very accommodating. Big and special thanks to her! She was very knowledgeable about the surrounding contexts and the history behind it as well as a pleasure to be around.
Although we weren’t able to see much on the first day at the Avatar mountains, it was still a blast to see the Golden Whip Stream and some of the mountain formations during the cable car ride.
The second day at Tianmen Mountain was also stunning, again the view wasn’t the best because of the weather, Cara made sure to inform us about some of the history around it!
Overall, an absolutely amazing tour, will definitely be visiting Zhangjiajie again!

Two day tour Zhangjiajie
Vicky was an amazing tour guide and took me around to see all the highlights. She suggested we leave earlier than usual and I am glad she did because it was very busy. We were able to see everything before the lines got long. I recommend this tour to anyone who is short on time but still wants to see everything.

Otherworldly in the Mist
Max led me on a two day excursion into the mountains around Zhangjiajie. I
While it was foggy it made both the Hallelujah Mountains and Tianmen Mountain seem otherworldly. Will have to return to see it in the sun in the future!

Unforgettable trip
We had a wonderful experience in Zhangjiajie, with a tour specially customized for us and our 1.5-year-old daughter. To avoid long queues, we asked our amazing guide to adjust the route, and he eagerly accommodated our request, helping us make the most of our time. This was our first private tour as a family, and it exceeded our expectations. Our guide went above and beyond to ensure the itinerary matched our needs.
A special thanks to Jason for arranging a surprise cake for my husband, who celebrated his birthday on the second day of our trip.
The weather was also perfect, adding to the overall enjoyment.
Tip: If you dislike waiting in long lines, consider opting for VIP services, especially for the bus rides. While it may seem costly, the time saved is well worth it, allowing you to see more in a shorter period. Seeing the first queue made me realize the value, and there were many others.
