Excellent service from the agency
We had an incredible time with the Agency; at first, I was skeptical because of all the fraud issues currently going on, but it is a local agency in Hanoi and I had a wonderful experience with them. Lan was the agent who assisted me and she was super patient and flexible; I highly recommend her.

Excellent organization and assistance
Detailed organization, constant assistance.
We visited Vietnam in 12 days with 2 domestic flights.
Everything organized perfectly: transfers, guides,
experiences.
We built the trip from Italy by discussing and taking the agency's suggestions.
We completed our tour with a week in Thailand between Bangkok and the island of Koh Samet.
We will definitely rely on them for other tours in Asia.

The travel agent's attention (in my case Lan Anh) was very attentive, with a lot of patience and allowed me to modify the original tour with various requests, personalized service for my family, Spanish-speaking guides, private driver and very comfortable vans

First trip outside of Europe

A view of Vietnam's culture, history and people
Viet Prestige made the arrangements for the entire trip once landed at the countries. Our friends made the research and arrangements, but with a party of 10, Viet Prestige lead, Loan, was very accommodating at itinerary tweaks as well as working with our various party preferences on what's included or excluded for different people. Once at the various cities, some of the tour guides are able to accommodate minor preferences. The accommodations are mostly excellent with exceptions of one place in Ho Chi Mihn City that I would have preferred better rooms due to the condition (a bit too musty and humid in the room). All the hotel services are excellent, though. The tour guides were all very good for the trip, some are more attentive than other. I would recommend Viet Prestige to help organize and plan trips in Southeast Asia. However, individuals should also know what they want to see so that they can get the most out of the trip. We had a great time and got to see quite a bit of the locations and a view of what the country is like.

Fascinating
Loan Do awesome. He organized the tour for us in detail. We spent an honest amount and took a trip that I would recommend to anyone who wants to have a nice experience in Vietnam. Good all and good even the Italian speaking guides.
