I had an absolutely incredible 9-day trip around Sri Lanka, all thanks to our amazing driver! Neel went completely above and beyond. On the first night, he hosted us at his own property and helped arrange some hotels, with the best views! Neel also helped with my birthday celebration by arranging a nice restaurant, birthday cake and even a very nice present. He is a safe driver, highly reliable, and a very kind person. We spent 15 days traveling around Sri Lanka with him and the experience was very good. He was always punctual, drove very safely, and we felt calm throughout the entire trip. We planned our Sri Lanka holiday directly with Neel Lambert of Sri Shannon tours. We had been recommended Neel by our friends who used them last year for their holiday. Neel helped us adapt and amend our itinerary so that we could get the best experience from our holiday, nothing was too much trouble and he suggested places that we had not even considered. This is my 2nd time booking with Sri Shannon, first time was with Neel in 2018 with my mom and it was an absolute dream. He made every part of the trip memorable and comfortable for an old woman as well.
