This trip made my day, week, year.... I've wanted to fly in a gyrocopter since probably seeing Little Nellie in that bond film , You Only Live Twice. I can't recommend Lloyd (the pilot) enough- informative, friendly and chatty. Will be looking to book again soon as well worth the price. This is definitely a bucket list trip. Absolutely brilliant experience. Bought this as a gift for our Dad's 80th birthday. We had initial contact with Lloyd the pilot when booking and the day before the flight. Lloyd was brilliant and definitely felt we were in safe hands. Dad got a good hour in the sky so great value for money. The airport has a great cafe on site with an outdoor seating area overlooking the runways so fabulous views of dad taking off and landing. Lloyd even sent us some aerial photos of Dad. Very though preflight briefing with emphasis on safety. The flight was well managed and carried out very professionally Visibility was good and landmarks were easy to pick out enhancing the whole experience It was an outstanding experience and I’m booking another flight. What more can I say.

This was an absolutely brilliant experience. Lloyd explained everything very clearly and was happy to fly my preferred route across West Sussex rather than eastward which also allowed my grandchildren to watch me fly past their home! This was my first experience of flying in an open cockpit and allowed for amazing views all around (and down!) Although small, the gyroplane felt very stable in flight, even during the time that Lloyd let me take the controls! I would thoroughly recommend this experience to anybody.

Yesterday I showed my grand-daughter a buzzard slowly ascending on thermals way above our back garden in mid-Sussex. This evening, I took this gyrocopter 1 hour flight above the South Downs and Sussex shoreline - a landscape of so many tales over the last 35 years of my life and all piloted by the very capable and amiable Lloyd. For such a small craft, it's incredibly stable and there was no turbulence nor Rosa Klebb et al trying to shoot us down! My wife, who bought me this experience as a 60th birthday present, asked me afterwards whether I was frightened whilst flying: the honest answer was 'no' as I was too busy focusing on the different view of the landmarks that have featured in my recent life, the people I've met along the way...and just how green the Amex's grass is compared to everywhere else given the current drought! In short, this experience has all the 'wow factor' you could ever need. But like that buzzard, in what I can only describe as a calmly exhilerating way.

Great trip - really glad I tried this. Stunning scenery and the experience feels very 'direct' with the open cockpit. I particularly enjoyed having a go on the controls, with Lloyd talking me through what to do.

Wow. This was an incredible experience that my wife purchased for my 60th birthday. Although I was slightly apprehensive of sitting in a completely open gyrocoptor it was not scary AT ALL. Lloyd the owner was very good at explaining everything, putting me at ease. The take off was the part I was most worried about but it was VERY smooth. In fact the GC was far more stable than several light aircraft I had also been in. The flight itself was incredible and I was immediately totally relaxed as the sights take your mind off being scared. The views throughout were incredible and despite living on the south coast for my entire life I saw sights and things along the coast to beachy head and back that I never knew existed. Ignore any concerns you may have, step outside your comfort zone and within 1 minute of getting airborne you will be at ease and enjoying the flight. There is no doubt I will be doing it again with Lloyd.

From Start to Finish The Gyrocopter Ride was great , Lloyd was great at getting me prepared . Then when Air borne had the chance to fly " little nellie " ( oldies will remember !! ) If I dont take up Training for a License , then without a doubt I will be back fora few 1 2 1 flights for a bit more flying time
