1 Hour Chocolate Bar Class in Jacksonville
Description
Learn the art of making chocolate. A professional Chocolatier will walk you through a brief history of chocolate, explain the art of tempering chocolate and demonstrate hand tempering on a cold marble. Each guest will visit the second floor of the candy mansion to choose toppings for their chocolate bars from hundreds of candy and chocolate bins. Once bars are done guests will demold them and leave with three milk chocolate bars per person,

This was a fun experience but we expected to be more hands-on. They pretty much poured the chocolate for you and all you did was add candy pieces into your chocolate and that was it. I feel like they should allow people to mix the chocolate themselves but overall it was a good experience and the store itself is beautiful
