Danube Flow did not share the dock number in the day-of email. Just the location. Got to the long stretch of river early. No signage, no sign of a Danube Flow boat. Reached out to company via What’s App (chat and call), direct call and email. Email response came in after boat left: the boat was parked behind another boat. Again no signage. If a person was in branded clothing (as the company claimed) it wasn’t visible.
I loved the location of the ship, next to the main 4-6 tram line. Boarding was as expected. We had a great time with our friends with the drinks package. the ship was nice, great condition. Go for a sunset or nighttime cruise!
