On time, excellent communication, very courteous. The driver helped with our luggage, gave tips on sightseeing and was incredibly friendly.

Worth it.
We arrived a little bit early and our driver was not there and we had a little bit of communication problems, but we finally connected and he was very friendly and it made the entry into the city hasslefree and I would highly recommend this for a first time traveler to Cape Town.

Tatenda was waiting for me on arrival - he communicated well about his whereabouts. He was very helpful with all my baggage. He was professional and friendly and went above and beyond by helping carry the bags inside the apartment.

Ride from Airport
Our driver was waiting with a name sign at arrivals when we had completed customs and gotten our luggage. He was friendly and drove us safely to our hotel in Cape Town.

A Fantastic Start To Our Cape Town Vacation
The driver was there waiting for us as we exited the baggage claim area holding a sign with my name on it so 6could easily locate him. The driver was kind and professional and the luxury vehicle was as described (BMW SUV).
