Fabulous day at xplor park, zip lines, amphibian vehicles, underground cave rafting and swimming, water slides. We booked this excursion directly through xcaret website and included pick up from hotel. Arrived at park by 9am. As it was mid week and September no queues and we managed to get round every activity. This took myself and friend till 230pm to complete with only a 20 min lunch break. Pick up from park was 5pm however coaches are there about 445pm. Would highly recommend as day out but be prepared for lots of walking, 17000 steps mainly climbing stairs. Staff at park very friendly and helpful. Food good selection and is all you can eat between 11 and 5pm. Every activity expect to get wet and water shoes are a must. Lockers and changing rooms clean. Cost was about £110 per person but was worth it.

Great day out, DON'T FORGET SWIM SHOES, you'll regret forgetting them.
Booked this after recommendadtion from friends, ordered tickets from our hotel. if you can book in advance you can get the tickets cheaper, we had a car, so didn;t need transfers, so it got us about £110 each for the day (well until 17:30). at fist I though this was expensive, but then figured, it includes all food and drinks so figured that was OK.
Thats get the warning done now, YOU NEED WATER SHOES, at least 2 of the activities require them, FLIP FLOPS are not accepted, crocs with the rear latch thing are OK, the shoes MUST surround your feet. Water shoes at the park are $55!!!! I decided it was cheaper to wear my Adidas trainers, which worked great.
I'm pleased we went, the activites to do are:
1, Cave rafting - 2 courses (long and short)
2, Cave Swim - 2 courses (long and short)
3, Zip lining - 2 courses (long and short), both courses finish with a zip line into a river.
4, Ambibious car
5, Water slide
6, Hammock water zip line.
7, Undergound adventure
The only limit is you can only the car twice, everything else you can do as many times as you like. Most of the places you go and the paths to them are under ground, which means you can walk around the park in your swimming costumes without any issues. Infact the only times you come out of either the caves or the tree cover are the zip lines and the wate slide. The only time we queued was the water slide. you go down the slide in a infatable ring, and you MUST have an even number of people (2 or 4) we were a 3, so had to wait for someone who was also in a 3 or 5 (or single) and would join us, once that was sorted we start are walk to the top, only then we found out it was a 45 minute wait. so pay attention to the traffic light system around the park which tells you the wait times or the activities.
The food was a in a big buffet room, there was loads of choice including freshly cooked steak, and all the usual choices of fruit salad, deserts, pizzas etc etc etc. around the park was also some refreshment bars that would serve you your smoothly of choice and had some biscuits etc to munch on. I don't have the strongest stomach, but never had a issue. You can return to the buffet as many times as you like.
My recommendadtion is to get there as early as you can to get the most out of the day. You'll have a great time, as long as you have shoes!!

Brilliant day out for all the family!
Absolutely LOVE this place!!!
Visited many years ago with my husband and we’ve been desperate to come back with our kids who are now 7 and 10.
The zip lines are ace, the amphibious vehicles wetr the big hit with my kids. The caves are beautiful, as is the nature around you.
We really enjoyed the hammocks and slide too. We just about managed to squeeze everything into a full day. The food and drink is really nice too! The photo package I thought was fairly reasonable, I think it was about 120 dollars.
Take wet shoes and you’re in for the day of your life!

Exceptional and very fun
The park is wonderful. The underground caves are impressive. The zip lines were very fun. The park is very clean and well-maintained. The buffet was very complete.

Excellent
British family slightly sceptical on the cost of a day pass (for a family of 4 - circa £450) but have to say it was an excellent day/experience and so glad we chose not to be put off by the price tag
Get there early if you can, go straight to the waterslide or zip wires. They are amazing. Likewise the underwater swim, we did the longer route and it was such an incredible experience. The photos probably don’t do it justice
Lunch was excellent, very good quality and loads of choice
Staff were excellent throughout as well
We arrived at 9am and left at 3.45pm. We left exhausted but it certainly worth visiting.

great time
10/10 would recommend!!!! the staff were friendly and all the activities were so fun. I went on a Monday so the lines went by fast. only tip is book the one that includes shuttle service or else you’ll have to uber/ taxi which was easy but not ideal. also went for my birthday and they give you a special helmet and a cake which was very sweet.
