The best experience from start to finish. Daniel, Cesil and Hugo were amazing in their respective roles. They showed kindness, attentiveness and a wealth of knowledge. So worthwhile and excellent value for money.
Great job by the guide in explaining in detail and making sure we were all comfortable in the journey. very knowledgabale staff and always available to help. Highly recommend
My tour was with Sat Mex who were great and english speaking. The tour included a visit to Valladolid (Mayan village). Our rep explained the Mayan figures which I assumed were manufactured there and even had an example for us to see. In visiting the village, there seemed to be workshops but no one working. On entering the shop, I noticed a young g msn following me and everytime I viewed an item, he put it in a basket. He approached me snd started pricing the items, I asked each time if these prices were in pesos and he replied yes each time. On choosing one as s gift he showed me to the cashdesk. Whilst packing and urged to pay I was told the item would be blessed. Upon returning home I checked my online banking, realised He had charged me in dollars and not pesos as advised. The figure then cost £435.49 in dollars and not £23.50 in pesos. I contacted them and they did not apologise just said return for refund but would not survive the delivery and cost a lot. Fortunately, I contacted my credit card bank and they took over from there and refunded the overpayment charged. This is not a village factory, its a well organised fraud!
It's important to remember that the ultimate goal is to see Chichén Itzá, and for us it was a dream come true, but up until that point it was a rather miserable day. There were three guides on the bus, but they didn't do much: the attendant spoke briefly before each stop, sometimes suggesting spending money. The second guide just wanted to convince us to pay $20 more for the deluxe packet (which is absolutely not worth it, unless you want to drink alcohol all day). And the third guide was just there for us to follow when we got off the bus. On the tourist traps that made the experience miserable: The first stop was a "Mayan village." We actually stopped at a place where a shaman gave the group a blessing. My son was in the bathroom at the time, and when he arrived and asked the shaman if he could give him the blessing, the response was that an individual blessing had to be paid for. Then we spent 20 minutes in a store buying things at a somewhat high price. Trap number 2: Visit to the Xcajum cenote. The cenote is very beautiful, and of course, if you go there, you'll want to swim a little, as it's an unusual experience for many people. The thing is, if you want to swim, you need to rent a life jacket, but they don't tell you that beforehand, only when you arrive, and it's not included in the price of the trip. That's where we also had lunch. Lunch is included, but what is not included (and they don't say so) are drinks, and they don't let you bring your own drinks (in our case, bottles of water). Food is included, but drinks are not. The least they could do is include water with lunch, but they don't because they know everyone is going to buy something to drink, unless you want to die of thirst while eating. After this we went to Chichén Itzá where a guide was waiting to give us a one-hour tour and then we would have another hour free. Our guide wasn't bad, but at times he spoke very softly, so it was hard to understand what he was saying, especially with so many people around. While the guide was giving us the tour, the sky became cloudy because a storm was approaching. The thing is, after about 45 minutes with the guide, it started to rain, and that's when the guide told us his tour was over, and he left. Despite the rain, quite a few people in the group stayed to walk and see places the guide didn't show us. After all, it's not as if most people have the opportunity to visit this site frequently. The last stop of the day was Valladolid, but due to the storm, the streets were flooded, so the group decided not to stop. On the return trip, the driver was driving so fast that he drove through large puddles of water, causing water to rush into the engine and the bus to stop. After paying everything and starting off, the bus ran well. Unfortunately, the driver did it again: he tripped over the same stone again. Trap 3: During this day, the bus guides had no interaction with the group, nor were they seen at the places we stopped, but as we were close to our destination, the guide spent 15 to 20 minutes talking about the importance of tips, why they are necessary, etc. He didn't talk much all day. For us, their service was okay and we decided not to tip, and one of the guides was rude enough to stop and ask why, since they didn't like the service. When we told him we just didn't want to leave a tip, he didn't leave, still asking why, making the situation very awkward. It wasn't the best way to end the trip. My recommendation: This tour is a budget-friendly way to visit Chichén Itzá, but you should be prepared for things that aren't included, but aren't mentioned. It's also a good idea to read and learn about Chichén Itzá, because in our case, the guide didn't explain much more than what can be found in a guidebook.
Wonderful excursion made unique for the guides Raul and Carlos Flota. Maximum professionalism that gives security. To be recommended
I am very disappointed and angry with the attention or lack of attention we have received. Lack of organization for transportation and that I have most disliked is the racial comments about the nationality of my friend who is Spanish and she has to suffer very unpleasant comments by the Tour Guide. Hamas has been treated like this. Please do not use this company for a tour!
Everyone's attention very good! We hired the deluxe package and enjoyed the ride! I am a wheelchair user and the experience was very good almost entirely! It was my second time doing the tour to Chichen Itza and I must admit that I did not like the stop in Xcajum, the restaurant leaves a lot to be desired... it is not entirely accessible, so you have to ask to bring food to the table and the buffet restocking service was very slow. I couldn’t even get near the viewpoint of the cenote because the ramps (which were impossible to go up or down even with help, were always wet and that made it very dangerous) Still, my purpose was Chichen Itza and it was amazing! Because it was the last stop, almost in the evening, the park was almost without people inside and we were able to take too much advantage of the experience of taking photos without many people there. I liked that we stopped at a Mayan cooperative where we knew more about their culture and we could buy some souvenirs (very expensive! But it's money left for them and their villages. Not so if you buy somewhere else more massive, than anyone takes the money) The stop in Valladolid was almost nil! Just walk into the church and... Therefore if you are looking for Chichen, it is perfect! The rest I found “weak”

Very good service, Fabian was very friendly and attentive and David was the best guide. David definitely knew his story and explained in a simple way to understand. Thanks for the tour guys.
Very good service, very attentive, explain and give options (Fabian) , they have a passionate guide for their work ( david ), you can see that he likes and that it becomes for him a real ppaver to be a guide, the cost was very good for what includes ( diamond ), the bus touched me a seat that did not work the connection of the charger, they supported me in changing in chichen-itza, I think the only thing that would be good to improve is, the time you last in each place, I felt very rushed, outside that, excellent service.
I had an amazing time the day was cloudy and little rain but enjoyed very much, the service from Fabian and David excellent, highly recommended, the only disadvantage is that the stay in each place is very short in my opinion but leaving that aside I would definitely go travel with them again
