From our first stop with the explanation of the culture, the origin use of the precious stones in the Mayan culture, from there we went to the Xcajum cenote, do not miss the opportunity to swim in it and what to say of the firm all delicious. From there direct to visit the majestic Chichen Itza, who like every time I visit, I learn something new. I would like to send my review regarding the trip we had today to Chicen iza. First problem was with AC. In the bus temperature was on minimum and we were freezing. Even after many complaints when people asked to setup temperature the main guide David was very rude. The tour was badly organized and mostly no English information about activities. At the end David became almost aggressive and impolite. We are shocked with his behavior.

An excellent experience and excellent service from Javier and David, I highly recommend the tour, and follow the recommendations to drink plenty of water and stay hydrated 😊, You know a lot of history about the origins and traditions of the Maya.

We hired the excursion in Playa Del Carmen to Cenote, Valladolid, and Chichén Itzá. Bus 911, I don't remember the guide's name. Starting with the guide who was completely useless, he gave incoherent information, he did not explain things in a way that had an introduction, but rather he was releasing information without an order in order to understand the place; Furthermore, he mixed languages that the explanation was already incomprehensible, because he didn't know English either, and he invented words. In Valladolid we only got off the bus and saw the church, and back on the bus, leaving no time to walk around. They should inform the agency in advance which cenote they are visiting, because there are better ones, so they can choose. It should be noted that they left a pregnant girl and her partner there, they only waited 20 minutes without trying to locate them; It was horrible, I wish I had hired someone else. Not recommended.
