Great experience during my trip to Berlin. The tour was fun, well organized, and a really good way to discover the city. The guide was friendly and professional.

The ride was very smooth, segways were very easy to ride, we saw many different landmarks and covered the major sightseeing spots. Our guide was good.

Had a wonderful Segway experience with Eischen. He was a wonderful your guide for myself and my daughter. We both hadn't been on a Segway before, but we spent some time learning how to control them and then off to visit a lot of Berlin. Great way to see the city, we saw lots of sites, got interesting information and felt safe at all times. We didnt go to all the sites in the listing, but went to others instead - so this may be tailored depending on traffic and how quick you are on Segway, but that didn't detract from our experience in the slightest - as we stopped at some extra places, and had good information at all the stops. Great way to see Berlin, and also found that the car drivers around Berlin were very considerate when we had to venture off cycle tracks onto the road.

This company is a scam I booked a private tour they tried to switch us to a group tour with no consideration that we had spent extra money Our guide was lack luster and did not take us to the victory tower when I asked the company why we were shorted part of the tour they told me the road was shut down for a race ( which is not true we have driven on it and the race does not occur for many days ) If you want to ride on a Segway it’s fun do it ! But not with these people they are not good.
Hello, Thank you for your review, as we have been in touch with you and sent to you many pictures from several days (before your tour and after your tour! ) of the road where we can ride with Segways to Victory Column which was closed due to preparation of marathon. We are sorry you dont understand that we can not do anything about it! Our tour guide took you to much more places as your itinerary was and you still feel we scammed you! We are trying to keep thousands of customers happy but we can not do anything about government decisions. Hope you find another company next time who can arrange special permission for you to ride the places which are closed by police... :((
This was advertised as private Segway tour and I paid extra for it as advertised Only to find out it was not I was overcharged more than 60$ for this !!!! The tour guide simply said sorry about that !!!!!!!

Also we refunded you the money what you paid for private tour. Hope next time you will give us a chance again to give you amazing Private tour ..
Morgan was a good guide. He showed us so many sights. Helped us get some great pictures. We were first time Segway drivers and he was careful to make sure we knew what to do. I would recommend this tour to anyone.

We had a fabulous private Segway tour of Berlin with Morgan, who was very friendly and knowledgeable. Although it rained, we had a great time viewing the different tourist spots and saw far more than we would have been able to on foot. Thanks for braving the weather with us Morgan!
