Our guide was Ignacio Alvar. Our time with him was fantastic. My wife has mobility issues. Ignacio arranged for a wheelchair at both places which made the tours enjoyable for both of us and actually caused us to be able to see some parts of the palace that most people cannot see. Ignacio knew a tremendous amount about the palace but he truly impressed us with you his knowledge of the paintings that he showed us. He teaches art locally and it showed. The next time we come to Madrid we will definitely look to book a tour with him!

Both the visit to the Royal Palace and the Prado Museum were spectacular and, thanks to the guide, we were able to enjoy both places while understanding their history and their works much better. Everything was very well organized and without worries about tickets or travel.
