We had an incredible day trip to Toledo, and so much of that was thanks to our guide, Oscar, and our driver, Mario. Oscar's knowledge of the city's history was outstanding — he brought Toledo's Moorish, Jewish, and Christian layers to life in a way that made the whole day feel like stepping back in time. He was patient, personable, and clearly loved sharing his city with us. Mario got us there and back smoothly and safely, navigating the narrow streets and traffic with total ease. Between the two of them, the logistics were seamless and we could just relax and enjoy the experience. Toledo itself is stunning — the cathedral, the winding medieval streets, the views from across the Tagus River — but having a guide who could tell us the stories behind it all made it so much richer. We'd highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Madrid looking for a great day trip. Thank you, Oscar and Mario, for such a wonderful day!

Wonderful... fantastic monuments, great history... lots things to learn.

Terrible tour guide and operator. Toledo is a wonderful place to go to but even though I specifically chose the ENGLISH tour, there was false advertising and it was actually a 80% Spanish and (broken) English tour. I paid for all 4 of my family members, making it quite expensive and we all had a horrible time. We couldn’t understand anything the operator (who in general just talked way too much) was saying so none of the history we went to see was understood. It was like having a fly buzzing Spanish in our ear the whole time. She went way too fast through everything so between that and the terrible English, it was a terrible experience. What’s worse is that they wouldn’t even take ANY accountability for the fact that I specifically signed up for an English only tour and instead got a mainly Spanish one with a bad tour guide. Don’t waste your money.

Great tour for getting a solid overview of the city. Guia was a phenomenal guide, she’s incredibly knowledgeable about the city’s history and also very sweet. At times it was a little hard to hear her over other tour groups and general outdoor noise, so just be prepared to listen closely. The tour was given in both Spanish and English, which wasn’t my favorite aspect, but she still did a great job getting the information across. Overall, I highly recommend this tour.

Highly recommend choosing this tour for your visit to Toledo. It’s the perfect amount of time to see the biggest attractions without losing an entire day. The trip also came with admission to three of the attractions. We had time to take a few breaks as well as plenty of time to enjoy the attractions at a good pace. The highlight of our trip was our tour guide Sarancha. She was energetic and super knowledgeable about everything in Toledo from architecture to artist and the history of the city. The tour was with a small group so it felt intimate and thorough. She even prioritized keeping us in the shade so we wouldn’t overheat. The bus that was provided was comfortable and had air conditioning. Overall, this was a great experience and deserving of five stars.

We had a wonderful guided tour of the city of Toledo, and saw many monuments and sites within the city with detailed explanations for each. My family and I learned a lot from the experience, and I would definitely recommend it to those that want to explore the city. Ours was from 9-5, including travel time and a hour and a half for lunch, and it’s a lot of walking but worth it!

Excellent trip and very knowledgeable tour guide

Toledo is beautiful. I really enjoyed our time there. Our guide was knowledgeable and kept us engaged. 1/2 day was plenty of time as it was hot and we did q lot of walking.
