Ana was our guide and she was absolutely amazing! Knowledgeable and personable, but most of all she made it interesting. We did a lot of tours on this vacation and my 3 teenage boys say that this one was the best. THAT is all the review you need!

our tour guide Letizia was accommodating and very informative, it wasn’t what we expected. We both have some mobility issues and can’t walk extended distances. She did get a cab for a quick city tour. We were dropped off at the Royal Palace and the tour was very good. Although the line was short to enter, we had thought it included “skip the line” tickets. Letizia ask for an elevator and that was appreciated. After the tour, she got us a cab back to the hotel and told us transportation back to the hotel was not included and it should have been. We paid 11 in euros for cab ride.
we are sorry to hear that you have some movility issues, but as it is written this tour comprises a walking tour aprox 45 min... please, next time contact us before to tell us that that what it is in the tour does not suit to your necesities. We are very happy to hear that although you have this health isuues to walk 45 min,you could enjoy with our guide and the tour.
