We had a great experience with our guide Annie, who was very friendly and happy to help and give us lots of information. Great experience and the restaurant was very tasty !

Maisie was great! My family, including 3 kids between 2 and 6 years were well take care of throughout. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing time with our English speaking tour guide Roy! After an amazing dinner at a local restaurant we were treated to a wonderful river cruise and spectacular view of the Shanghai waterway! Roy had great energy and I highly recommend this tour.

The tour is lovely and offers the best views of both sides of the city separated by the river (new and old parts). The VIP tour is different, with much fewer people and an excellent view of the city. It's worth every penny. The guide, Michael, is excellent. The dinner, besides being delicious, was an incredible experience. The presentation of the dishes was very beautiful. I highly recommend this company and the guide, Michael. They were punctual and super professional. It was great to learn a bit of the city's history with Michael. Although it rained a little, it didn't spoil the sightseeing trip at all.

Michael was an amazing tour guide - everything was very smooth and he provided great overview of all the history of the Bund while also being a great person to hang out with for the tour. Couldn’t recommend more

Michael took us to a restaurant where he ordered some authentic chinese food for us to try, and it was delicious! Especially the prawn balls which came out with some dry ice for a special effect! For booked VIP tickets for the river cruise and i can honestly say it was the best decision ever. The large boat was super crowded in the regular tickets, but with the VIP area, we were lucky enough to only have three other people to share it with. And we had some crisps and a soft drink included. I cannot recommend it enough!

We had been on a shopping trip with Sunny and it was so good that we booked a vip evening cruise with dinner too. Really wished we’d done it earlier in the trip. Michael (our tour guide) was so welcoming, so kind and considerate and filled our heads with so much information. Now, if we’d done it earlier in the trip, we would have explored different parts of Shanghai - we thought we had seen a lot! But Michael shared so much more than we had discovered on our own! The cruise was breathtaking- the VIP lounge uncrowded and has the best views. Michael very kindly explained how the city had evolved and the meaning behind many of the buildings we saw. But that was interspersed with historical facts about the Opium war, the Chinese dynasties and the different regions of China. Once the cruise was over we were swept off to dinner in the luxury private vehicle- EV’s are really the thing here! But sheer luxury. I don’t know where to start with dinner… Michael showed us how to eat Shanghai soup dumplings - glad he did! They were tricky but so delicious. So much food, all delicious but my personal favourite was the ‘prawn tree’ it was a spectacular sight and tasted amazing. We feel like we need to visit again to catch all the parts we missed.

Robert is a great guide! We appreciated Sunny’s communications with us prior to the start of the tour to make sure we were picked up on time and in the right location!

We started out with Lea taking us to a local restaurant, and as a picky eater I was nervous, but Lea was very helpful and we had an amazing dinner experience. Next we went to the river cruise (we had the VIP tickets, which I would highly recommend as there was extra space to take great photos. Lea provided great insight into the history and culture of the area. She was a delight to be with for the evening, it was if we were out for the evening with a friend, and we wished she would be our guide for our next two tours, but she was already booked.

Cassie is the best guide you could wish for on a night cruise. Very friendly and informative. The tour was fantastic ending with a great Shanghai meal. Worth asking for Cassie Chen to be your guide.
