Two of us took a private tour trip to the Great Wall which we booked and paid for about 3 months ago. On the morning we waited at 8am but the planned pick up didn’t arrive. Our hotel reception called the operator only to be told the booking via Tripadvisor had not been taken off their system properly and therefore nothing was arranged!! The tour operator managed to rearrange a replacement driver and guide (Henri) and within the next hour we were on our way!! The remainder of the day was excellent. Henri gave us loads of info and accompanied us right up the chair lift on to the Wall. The Wall itself is amazing but a tough, steep walk. We spend about 2 hours up on the wall itself moving between a number of the post stations. Lunch was a pleasant buffet at a restaurant on the journey back and we had a short drive around the Olympic Park which was nice to see. All in all, a good trip even after the pick up confusion!

Picked us up where and when we wanted on time and delivered us directly to the gate, waited for as long as it took to have the most amazing time on the wall. Then delivered us back exactly where we wanted. Just perfect! Can not recommend higher.

We had an absolutely incredible experience visiting the Great Wall. Our tour guide, Jessica, made the day better and even more special for us. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgable, patient and generous with her time and hospitality. From all of the tours we have done, she is one of the best guides we have ever come across

Excellent service, I booked the tour the afternoon before at 7 pm. They replayed me immediately for organize it!! The morning after at 6 am the driver was already under the hotel; pick me at MuTianYu Great Wall and wait me until I finished visiting those stunning UNESCO World Eritage site! Also the driver makes everything comfortable for me and give me some tips about what I would have see. I would racomand it to my friends.

Well organized. No delay. The driver brought it and drove it. Gave us all the tickets booked. Lunch was very average quality. But in time. Thank you. We're happy.

Great experience: Great wall is amazing and beautiful sights are available for pics. Ming Tomb is nice too and the guide could explain many details.

Edward was punctual and he took us to Mutianyu great wall early morning. We got amazing views with almost no other tourists around us. Edward was a good and reliable English speaking guide for us.

Our guide Henry was very helpful, knowledgeable and offered us options that were better. He did a great job

Tour guide called our hotel room to confirm trip on the night before. Arrived on time with a nice car. All good.
