I booked a package for 2 hours and services are exceeded my expectation. Katie reached me and keep in touch with me for the whole trip. The spa which was arranged by Katie is great. We tried to experienced 7 steps of the traditional massage from shower, sauna, jazzcuzi, full body with oil, ... ,etc. All steps are great and the therapist is very professional. Katie also helped us to arrange for a day trip to Ha Long bay and Hanoi Street Food Tour which were absolutely amazing. Thanks Katie and Up Travel for a memorable trip.

Vietnamese massage
Brought my partner for his birthday because all he asked for was "for my back to be ironed out." It was an incredible. Diana was an excellent masseuse and used traditional Vietnamese techniques along with great pressure and combined oils as well. It's only been a couple of days and we're already talking about coming back. Highly recommend!

Relaxing start to our trip
Nice way to start our trip with massages. Four of us were able to relax once we found the location.
Only issue was our massage ladies asked for tips and I paid too much. I am used to tipping but it was unsettling to be confronted in that manner, especially when tipping is not expected in Vietnam.
