Sam and Andy were so kind and helpful throughout our one-night Amanda Cruise in Ha Long Bay. They made our stay even more enjoyable and were always there to support us with a smile. Thank you, Sam, Andy and the entire crew, from me and my boyfriend Francesco! ❤️

It was a great experience. Rose and Andy (guide)were amazing members very humble, friendly, and approachable. They were always happy to assist and answer any questions. Overall, I had a really good experience and would definitely recommend them.
It was a good experience. We were treated very well throughout out stay by amazing tour guide Andy and amazing Rose.
We booked through a travel agent so not clear on cost. First thing to say is our waitress who looked over us for the 2 days was excellent. Very attentive and lovely. There are good and bad bits about the cruise. Coming from a few Thai trips, I wouldn’t say this is luxury, as the food and accommodation is not amazing. Air con is not as good as it needs to be, food was quite basic. Rooms were clean. Very touristy location. Drinks are English prices.
This was a great trip with the family, the activities were good and interesting although at times it felt a bit rushed. The service was excellent, particularly our waitress Lisa who looked after us very well, and brought my son food up to his room when he wasn’t feeling well.
Elly and the rest of the staffs are very accommodating.Great stay i would like to come back again!
