Apron Up Cooking Classは、長年にわたって人気を博し、多くの方に興味深い集中レッスンを提供してきました。参加されるお客様は、ベトナム料理レストランを家に帰って開きたいと思っている人や、これまで料理の経験がないけれども休暇の後に戻ったときにおいしいベトナム料理を食べたいと思っている人などです。 学校は旧市街の中心部に位置しているため、アクセスが非常に簡単です。旧市街のすぐ近くにあるハノイ最大の市場での市場ツアーの後は、ベトナム旅行の残り時間にどこで何を購入すればよいかを知ることができます。 わずか3～4時間で、食材（香辛料とベトナム産の食材）について学び、ハノイで最も人気のある本格的な5品の料理すべてを実際に料理します。ベジタリアンのお客様にはベジタリアン版もあります。作った料理を楽しんだり、クラスメートと一緒にベトナムのライス・ワインを味わったり、料理の手帳や認定書を受け取ったりできます。

I had such a lovely experience in this cooking class! Our instructor Hazel was super kind and friendly and answered all of our questions with a lot of patience. It was honestly the best food I had during my whole 3 week trip through Vietnam! 🇻🇳 We all learned so much and had a really good time together, so I can totally recommend this class to anyone who is interested in the vietnamese cuisine.
Best cooking class ever! Hazel was our instructor and she was amazing- very knowledgeable and easy to chat with. All of the food was amazing and eating together at the end with the whole group was so nice. Would highly highly recommend!!
It was a very great experience for me. Hailey is a very sweet and smily cooking teacher. There was something to do for everyone and meals were sooooo tasty ! I absolutely recommend it !

Amazing and fun. The final product was delicious and it made a style of food I wasn't familiar with easy and accessible. A must do in hanoi if you want some authenticity to your trip.

We had a great session with Coco (Chan), a few hours full of laughters went by so quickly and thoroughly enjoyed the experience of learning and cooking traditional Vietnamese food from scratch! Coco was exceptional and brilliant at her job, would definitely recommend!
