We had a wonderful tour with Ryland. As a native of the Island he was throughly knowledgeable about all aspects of the island. He has an extremely pleasant personality and kept us informed of what to expect at each stage of touring the Arizona Memorial when the tour guides can no linger join you. His suggestions were very helpful. His knowledge of the Missouri was extensive. He willingly adjusted the tour schedule to meet our desires. The day exceeded our expectations.

We had the most wonderful day exploring Pearl Harbor. Our guide Ryland was fantastic from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable, professional and made our day enjoyable and stress free. I would highly recommend Ryland and Blue Hawaiian!

Ryland was great! Super accommodating, not only knowledgeable about everything to do with Pearl Harbor but also some very interesting info about the island, its history and natural surroundings. Was the highlight of the trip!

Ryland was excellent! He was very personal. We learned so much not only about Pearl Harbour, but about Hawaii. Enjoyed hanging out with him! His knowledge was awesome! We had a later time schedule for the Arizona, and he suggested we do a stand by time for earlier and we were able to get that earlier time, because by the time we were originally supposed to go they had shut it down due to high winds. He was very knowledgeable in the process and was able to manage our time well.

Ryland was our tour guide and we honestly could not have asked for a better tour guide! He was truly one of the highlights of our first trip to Hawaii. From the moment our tour started, he made us feel comfortable, welcomed, and taken care of. He was incredibly knowledgeable about Pearl Harbor and the museum, and what stood out most to us was how genuinely willing he was to answer every question we had. No matter how many questions we asked, he did his best to answer and never made us feel rushed. He took the time to explain things and share his knowledge in a way that made the experience feel personal and meaningful. He also took us to Dole Plantation, and when we ended up finishing a little earlier than expected, he went out of his way to make an extra stop at 7-Eleven for us. It might seem like a small thing, but those little gestures really showed us how thoughtful and accommodating he was. He genuinely seemed to care about making sure our group had a great day—not just about completing the tour and getting us back. We spent six hours with him, and by the end, it honestly felt like we had spent the day with someone we were really glad we met. He was kind, patient, funny, incredibly knowledgeable, and just an all-around wonderful person. We will genuinely remember this tour as one of our favorite parts of our Hawaii trip.
