The tour guide was very informative with Oahu facts while riding to and from Pearl Harbor. Once you arrive at Pearl Harbor, the guide gives you information on various sites to see, informs you where to go for the boat ride to see the Arizona, and as a final reminder - what time to meet back at the van.

I think if you ever get the chance to go to Hawaii you need to experience Pearl Harbor. It was a trip that I will never forget. And the driver gave lots of information on the ride to and from the site.

Clift was our tour guide...super nice and full of all kinds of knowledge about Hawaiian culture and history. A must for history buffs, and make sure to watch the film from December 7, 1941, so much respect for those who served and died for our freedom.
Reference Number: D-98498254 On June 13, 2026, we took a trip to Pearl Harbor USS Arizona Memorial from Waikiki Honolulu that we bought from Viator/Trip Advisor. The full description of this trip as was advertised by Viator we uploaded to our account online already. Many places that we had to visit per this description we haven’t visited at all. The guide Will didn’t take us to Iolani Palace, King Kamehameha Statue, Kawaiaha’o Church, Westminster Abbey of the Pacific, Washington Place and others landmark places. When I complained to the tour guide, he replied that they can’t do it. As a result, our tour wasn’t completed as promised by Viator, and as a customer I am very dissatisfied with the quality of the product that I bought. It was the reason why I put this charge of $130.00 into dispute.
The tour Driver Clift was awesome! His knowledge and conversation and just overall friendliness made the trip! I expected just a ride to and from the memorial but Clift went above and beyond! Driving city tour explaining things on the way to and from, history, the language, recommending other sights to see/activities to do! Clift, if you see this you’re the man!
