レイク・ルイーズ・モレーン・レイク・バンフ・ゴンドラ・ホットスプリングス・ボウフォールズTRIP

It was my wife and I traveling on a western Canada adventure from Toronto, ON. We have covered Vancouver, Coquitlam, Victoria, Kelowna, Canmore and Banff Park, with Calgary left to go before flying home. Layse in bus #243 did a great job keeping her guests cheerfully informed and on time. The weather also cooperated with bright sun and a fluffy cloud mix most of the day. It was a little cool/cold at a couple of the stops, but that did not reflect on the tour company at all. This tour was a great way to see a number of highlights in Banff Nat'l Park (AB), plus Emerald Lake in Yoho Nat'l Park (BC). Layse apologized for her English language weakness a couple of times, but really there was no issue in understanding what she said, and I told her that. If there is any criticism at all, it would be that we (all the guests) felt rushed, especially at lunch in the very busy restaurant, plus there was not enough time to really take in all the beauty of Lake Louise. With the crowds of tourists there, there was no chance to walk/hike even a short portion of the Lakeshore Trail. The "rockpile" at Moraine Lake was amazing as was Johnston Canyon: Lower Falls. We would certainly recommend this tour to anyone.

Great tour, our guide Sammy was knowledgeable and funny. He kept the tour moving and kept us entertained! Lake Louise and Moraine Lake are phenomenal! My only wish is that we would have had 1.5 hours in Banff for lunch instead of just one hour.

Easy access to Lake Louise and Moraine Lake. Our driver, Sammy was very friendly, personable, and very entertaining with his narration of the area. He was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor.

Amazing tour and amazing guide !!

Our tour guide Jay was excellent. He brought a lot of insight on the history and culture of the area. He was polite and courteous. He ensured we all knew where and when to meet for pickup. My only recommendation is for Banf-Todo to invest in a larger more accommodating vehicle. We had a full van, and it wasn’t a very comfortable ride. Other than that it was a good experience.

This was a really great experience . The bus picked us up at a convenient spot. Our driver was fun and gave us many interesting facts about the places we were about to see.

I never realized how truly beautiful Canada was until this trip. Banf Park Lake Louise was my favorite spot. Our activities included: • Lake Louise • Moraine Lake - A lunch break at shops owned by Natives • Emerald Lake - Johaster Canyon • Downtown Banff. My itinerary was slightly adjusted by TripAdvisor, but they kept me informed in advance and made sure to accommodate my preferences. Our driver and guide, Samuel, was both funny and knowledgeable. This trip was worth every penny, and the experience will stay with me forever.

It was the first time we visited to Banff, but it was so rainy that we could not go to Lake Moraine. If they could provide us umbrella or rain coat, we could have experienced more pleasantly.

Would not have know where to go or how to manage traffic and parking. Our guide, Sammy was great! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and funny! The sights were stunning and the trip delightful!

Excellent tour highly recommend so much of Banff activities/sires packed into one tour but plenty of time at all stops. Wonderful driver/guide Samuel very informative and entertaining
