It was a great experience! Our driver, Sanjeet was great too. We couldn't booked the Gondola ride online so he lined up with us to make sure we could get and enjoy the Gondola ride. Overall the tour was worth it and hassle-free.

Good experience overall. The hot springs portion could have been shorter while lunch could have been longer. Too many people getting food in Banff town, lines are long or restaurants didn't have tables available. Ram the guide is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

Was wonderfull my dream of seeing the Mountains for the first time was full filled and more. At the age of 67 my tour guide was excellent knowledgeable with patience and kindness.

We had an amazing experience exploring the Canadian Rockies! The gondola ride offered breathtaking panoramic views of the mountains and was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. Relaxing in the hot springs afterward was the perfect way to end the day. We also visited three stunning lakes, each with its own unique beauty. The turquoise waters and incredible scenery were beyond anything we had imagined. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everyone had a great experience throughout the tour. We had an amazing trip to Banff with Matrix Tours & Travels. The Banff Gondola ride offered spectacular panoramic views of the Rocky Mountains. Johnson Lake was peaceful and surrounded by beautiful natural scenery. Two Jack Lake was absolutely stunning, with crystal-clear water and breathtaking mountain reflections. Lake Minnewanka was one of the highlights of the tour, offering incredible views and a relaxing atmosphere. The entire itinerary was well organized and allowed us to enjoy each destination comfortably. The transportation was clean, comfortable, and punctual throughout the trip. The tour guides were friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Every stop provided excellent opportunities for sightseeing and memorable photos. It was an amazing experience. I’m so glad I made a last-minute plan to visit Banff during my Canada trip. It’s one of the most beautiful places on earth. One or two days simply doesn’t do Banff justice — you need at least five days just for Banff National Park. Our guide, Naveen, was amazing and super helpful. He explained every spot in detail. We started off in Banff and were taken to many places which we wouldn’t have known about. Navid, our driver and tour guide, was so good, helping to organise our Gondola tickets. He was happy to rearrange the schedule to suit the passengers - if someone wanted to stay longer in one place and didn’t want to visit the next, he was happy to oblige. Navid had a great knowledge of the places he took us too, and the surrounding areas, names and height of the mountains, how the different lakes got their names. A great day and highly recommended.
