We were only in Banff for a day and 1/2 and wanted to see a lot of places. I found this tour on TripAdvisor and signed us up. The tour was incredible, the sights amazing but the best part was Ram, our guide and driver. Ram communicated well, provided lots of trivia, really made it fun. He has a great personality and is a wonderful man. I highly recommend this (or any) tour with Ram! The other travellers were awesome too! We enjoyed everyone!

Naveen was our guide with Matrix and did an excellent job of keeping us informed along the way. He was knowledgeable about the history of the area and extremely safe on the road. We loved the Banff Gondola boardwalk and Hoodoo stops, but were disappointed with Johnson, 2 Jac, and Lake Minnewonka stops. The stops there were at crowded campground areas, way too commercialized.
Was disappointed to find out that we were not going to Lake Louise even though that is what I signed up for on the web site. Our driver said that it was not listed under the “what’s included” however, It was on the itinerary. I paid for something that we didn’t get to do.
Garry was an Amazing guide and driver. Can’t ask for a better experience. There was a mix up with people booking on viator and getyourguide, but not Garry fault. The company just has to not advertise the same tours on different websites with different itineraries. But Garry made the best of it and we got basically everything we asked for.

We had planned this trip with another tour group and they cancelled. They also only offered either the hot springs or the gondola. This company offered both! We got so much awesome stuff into one day! It was amazing! Naveen was a wonderful tour guide and made sure everyone stayed hydrated! We had a wonderful time!!!!
