I am a travel agent in the U.S. and my clients contacted me from their cruise ship less than 24 hours prior to disembarking saying they changed their mind and wanted a private transfer to Rome airport. Manuele pretty much dropped everything to secure a van for 4 passengers and 6 suitcases for the following morning. The transfer was perfect. Italyvipcar has permits that allow it to meet clients directly at the ship instead of clients needing to walk 10 minutes with luggage to find them. They provided the driver name and mobile and everything went flawless. (My clients think I work magic!) Excellent transfer service from Rome hotel to the port. Excellent communication, showed up on time, very helpful with luggage. Huge comfortable van that accommodated 8 adults and all of our luggage! Would definitely use them again!
