The staff were friendly and professional. The tour guide on the bus Mr:Lee was great.
A huge thank you to Cruise Aspira (John and Aki and the entire team) for going above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. The level of customer service exceeded our expectations, and the team made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. We truly appreciated the extra effort they put into making us feel welcome and looked after. Highly recommend Cruise Aki to anyone looking for an amazing experience with outstanding service.
