Such a wonderful experience cannot speak highly enough about the service. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and fun! We loved the activities and had plenty of opportunities to relax and take in the beautiful scenery. John, Nancy and all the other staff really went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable.

John was such a good guide, all the staff on the boat were friendly and couldn’t do another for us. The cocktails and food were amazing & the whole trip was great value for money, we wish we did the 2 nights instead of 1 as we enjoyed it so much! It was what you made it, there was relaxed couples and also groups who were enjoying the happy hour but was still very relaxed and fun! Thankyou to all the staff!
We had an absolutely fantastic experience cruising around Ha Long Bay with John and his team. From the moment we stepped on board, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. John was an excellent host and made sure everything was taken care of throughout the trip. The whole team were attentive, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure everyone had a great time. The service was fantastic, the boat was comfortable, and the scenery around Ha Long Bay was simply breathtaking. What really stood out was the atmosphere the team created — relaxed, friendly, and enjoyable from start to finish. They made us feel very well looked after without ever being intrusive. If you’re planning a trip to Ha Long Bay, I would absolutely recommend cruising with John and his team. They made our experience truly memorable, and we would happily cruise with them again. Myself and 3 friends enjoyed a one night stay on Aspira cruise. I cannot fault the experience. From the staff, to the food, the rooms and activities. We had the best time and wish we had booked for longer! A big thank you to John and the team for being so kind and welcoming.
