Driver came over an hour late. Operator kept saying he’s reaching soon but he was no where close to picking us up on time from the airport

We booked a ride from Tam Coc to the airport, the driver Mr Chien was punctual and the driver quick, and the car was comfortable. However, our son left his iPad in the rear seat pocket. When we realised we contacted the company who did not provide any meaningful response (“check for your belongings when leaving”) and the driver who gave some story of a friend looking for it and then asking his passengers if they have seen it. We can see the live location in Ninh Binh however the company has no interest in confirming if this location matches their car’s location and has not offered compensation. Pawning customer’s lost goods is completely unacceptable.

The communication before pickup was very good and the driver was very punctual. All in all, we booked the PREMIUM for 4 suitcases and would do it again due to space constraints. full 5 stars for this offer. Many thanks!

Horrible driver. On his phone and Facebook the whole time and was the slowest driver making a 5 hour trip 8 hours. After contacting the company afterwards about our frustration on WhatsApp we were ghosted. This company, like everything else in Vietnam is a scam.

I really recommend this company! Amazing customer service. My plane was delayed 2 times and ended up being 1 hour later than the original pick up time. The pick up time is usually only until 2300 but the driver very very kindly and patiently waited for us regardless which we were extremely appreciative for. The agent was extremely helpful as well, replying to messages on WhatsApp immediately when we needed help, and relayed messages to the driver for us in real time. The driver was ready and holding up a card with my name at the airport arrivals which made finding him much easier. Driver drove us to Ninh binh very quickly(somehow without speeding). Very skilled driver to say the least. He could speak minimal English but we communicated well enough with google translate. Prices are very fair too. However to give you some expectations - don't expect a slow smooth princess ride. It is still Vietnam and I've learnt very quickly in the days that I've been here that driving and traffic is VERY different from my home country. Fast, a little bumpy, lots of friendly beeping, but still somehow quite safe.

Nothing was sorted out with the driver, I contacted OUROS to solve the issue, and they simply BLOCKED MY PHONE NUMMER! I had to inform the driver myself of all practicalities, while my booking had been confirmed 10 days prior already! Just unacceptable! As soon as you paid, don’t expect anything else from them!

Our transfer was very well organised. I booked and paid for it online a couple of days before arrival. The driver was clearly seen with a board with my name on, which made the whole process simple.

I had a quite disappointing experience with OUROS Travel. I booked a private ride from Tam Coc to Noi Bai Airport to be picked up at 4 AM, hoping this would give me peace of mind to catch my early flight. However, it turned out to be a major source of stress. When I contacted the driver, he thought he had to pick me up at Noi Bai Airport, while in fact he was supposed to drive me there. He also showed up in a totally different car than what OUROS Travel has communicated to me. I basically had to inform the driver of my pick up and drop off point, although it was already mentioned in my booking confirmation. I tried to contact OUROS Travel at 9PM but they were unreachable (and have never got back to me…). Please be aware: they claim their hotline to be off from 11PM to 6AM, so they should still be reachable at 9PM. This lack of availability was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. For a company that claims to be a “professional tour operation team”, my experience was anything but professional. Although I was eventually dropped off on time at the airport, the service I was given was far from what I had expected.
