Fast friendly service. We worth it as the line for Hanoi was probably an hour to 90 minutes long. He waited for us even though our flight was over 90 minutes delayed, no problem.

Very fast and efficient service. Took a long time to get my bags but they patiently waited with me and helped me to locate my bags. For Immigration I didn’t have to wait at all. NOTE: just make sure you do the visa yourself, they said Americans don’t need a visa but in fact you do. Didn’t mess up my plans though because I was already aware. Just make sure to double check but the service itself was 10/10.

Fast & Smooth. We had an early morning arrival at 5.30am.. so there wasn't much crowd as is, but the fast track was still useful and very quick. Person was standing with our name card and guided us to the priority lane where there was no waiting at all.
