This worked really well. We were met and taken to the fast track queue. All I would say is that there didn't seem to be any other queues and I'm not sure there was benefit for us. Possibly in high season it may have been more beneficial
Quick easy - thank goodness. Must do for HCMC or Hanoi entry to save stress.

It was very fast line at Danang airport thanks to ‘ up travel’ . A great experience.
The staff was wonderful and very helpful. This service saved us at least an hour as our flight got in at the same time as several others. The immigration lines were so long and we breezed right into the diplomatic line. If you are traveling Bas a larger group or with children you definitely need to book. Absolutely worth it.

Very quick, met us where they said they would and recognised us immediately from our photo. Got us through immigration in less than 5 minutes and saved us hours of waiting around after a long flight. So worth it!

Our flights were cancelled and rescheduled, which caused our visas to expire. Lyon came to see us at our hotel in Hanoi, took the time to chat with us, explained the whole process to us, and sorted us out. The whole experience was seamless from start to finish. When we got to the airport, someone came to meet us and took us to the counter to sort our paperwork out. It took us about an hour, but everything was fine. Thank you for your help!

Highly recommend. The lines at the airport were extremely long, fast track had me through immigration and heading to the hotel under 30 mins
