Ride as advertised
Ride from Ha Long to Hanoi as advertised. Clean ride (Mitsubishi SUV) and respectful driver. Was kind enough to make a pit stop halfway without asking.

Good transportation
My driver was on time for my trip to Hanoi airport. In fact, he was early so was I, since I was ready to get on with my Vietnam vacation.

Do not use
The driver was not good. Was traveling 30 kms over the speed limit and was weaving in and out of traffic. Terrible driver.

The trip is good in...
The trip is good in general. The car was not the most comfortable for a 2.5 hour journey and driver oftentimes drove too fast.
