Our pickup from the airport is so smooth. The driver is waiting outside the terminal. Our arrival is late in the evening, the driver showed his hospitality. We have the opportunity to see the the Tokyo tower lit up, like a tower of gold, it was amazing. He took our pictures which will be our memories forever. Thank you for your kindness.

Great first experience in Japan!
Plane landed early so our driver knew this and let us know he was on the way. Very smooth process from start to finish.

Great Private Driving Service
Great car service provided by Lars. He met us at the gate after baggage claim and walked us to our nice clean van to take us to the hotel in Tokyo.. We enjoyed the ride and conversation. He highlighted many buildings on the way of interest. Wonderful service, and we highly recommend Lars travel service to others. Very efficient and timely with cost effective rates. Cheaper than other driving service that we researched. Definitely a five star service!
Driver we had when we came to Japan in February 2026 met us right outside the luggage exit area holding a sign with our name. It was difficult finding this driver because he was waiting for us behind the information desk with no sign. Also stated we would reach our destination in 14 minutes but it took around 30 minutes

Dear Raymond Calawe,
Thank you for your valuable feedback.
According to our records, this was your first booking with LARS TRAVEL, so the driver you used in February 2026 appears to have been from another company.
As explained in our message before your arrival, we coordinate airport meeting arrangements with our guests via WhatsApp. Many guests have found this method simple and smooth. However, we sincerely apologize that the process did not go smoothly for you and that you had difficulty locating the driver.
Regarding the travel time, the driver advised that the journey would take approximately 40 minutes, but it appears that “forty” was understood as “fourteen.” We apologize that this was not communicated more clearly.
We greatly appreciate your feedback and will carefully consider it as we continue improving our meeting instructions and communication.

making it a breeze from the airport to the hotel
my driver was a lifesaver the fact that he waited around for at least 2 hours longer after we landed, means the world to me. he was very flexible with us also since our flight was first delayed. would highly recommend using them!
