Our driver Wang was great. It was such a pleasurable ride. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. Enough space for the 3 of us and our luggage.

The private transfer from Narita to our hotel was flawless! The driver was very courteous and efficient. The vehicle was immaculate, and fit 3 large bags, 3 large backpacks and 3 adults comfortably.

Great transfer option from Narita airport to hotel in Tokyo. So great at communication and was extremely proactive. Driver met us outside customs and we headed to hotel. Our flight was delayed but the service watched our flight and adjusted accordingly. I was nervous about this because reviews on other companies seemed to not do this. The driver was very professional and a very safe driver. I highly recommend. Thank you for making this party of our trip worry free.
A little confusion hooking up with the driver but it was easily resolved. Very happy with the service
Company was very communicative with WhatsApp. Found our driver outside terminal. Great way to arrive and you can learn to navigate the metro trains later during your trip without luggage.

Needed to download WhatsApp to communicate. Communication was great they arrived on time and were able to accommodate some very large luggage. Van was very spacious and comfortable. Will use again for our next trip to Tokyo.
