I highly recommend this service for transportation to and from the airport. We booked round trip transportation to and from Narita because we didn't want the added stress of the commute, and boy, did this help! The drivers were professional and arrived on-time for pickups. Even though we could have used public transportation, we didn't want to deal with our luggage. This was a perfect solution, and we look forward to booking this service on our next visit to Japan. Excellent experience!

Very communicative driver, texted me before arrival at airport which was great as I knew they would be waiting when I arrived. The van was very clean, spacious, and enough space for 4 adults all with luggage also good temperature. The driver was a safe driver and friendly.

Pick-U one of the worst transportation companies. Had scheduled pick up time of 4:30. Driver won’t wait 10 minutes because immigration and customs took longer than expected because of long lines. Company comes and waits from flight landing time. Even though this time is wasted because of travelers processing through customs. Instead of arriving a scheduled pick up time and waiting from this point. Then my driver texts me crying emoji after asking them to wait.

This allows us to provide the best service to our customers, as you will not miss your transfer if your flight arrives late. We provide 90 minutes of complimentary waiting time after your flight's actual landing time. This policy is clearly stated on our product page and in the confirmation email sent before your transfer. According to our records, our driver waited for the full 90-minute complimentary waiting period. We are sorry if this policy was overlooked or caused any misunderstanding.
