Very pleasant and professional driver. He texted us all the time where he was and sent photos of the location.
Great experience. They were very helpful from the moment we booked a transfer. On time, met us with a sign at the terminal exit. Helped us with our luggage’s to the van. We got the oversized van since it’s four of us and four big suitcases. The van was super nice and clean, smooth ride all the way to our airport. They were very informative and easy to talk to during our ride. Spoke great English.

So glad I arranged this transportation in advance of our arrival in Narita Airport. We were met past Customs with a sign and were given a helping hand with our luggage and immediately escorted to the van awaiting us. It all was seamless, especially for our first trip to Japan! Highly recommend.
