Our plane was delayed and I advised 14 hours in advance and they still would not accommodate. This was also triple the price of an Uber from the airport for the same car.

The driver was very late despite us providing the correct flight information and keeping him updated throughout our arrival. We notified him when we landed and again as we went through immigration and baggage claim, so there was ample opportunity to coordinate the pickup. After a long international flight, having to wait an additional hour for a prearranged private transfer was extremely disappointing. The entire reason we booked a private transfer was to avoid this kind of uncertainty and delay.

Jeff (Jianfu) is an awesome guy, knows his way around Haneda Airport, took great care of us. Clean car, Jeff gave us the basic updates and pointed out what neighborhoods we were in. Above and beyond.

Very comfortable and efficient after a long flight. Our driver gave us detailed instructions for where to meet him and provided a calm and enjoyable experience.

Highly recommended service. Driver contacted me beforehand with directions on how to find him. All in all a positive experience

This is not a pickup…you have to walk quite a distance to get to a parking lot. I was expecting the driver to be at the arrival gate with my name on a placard, that was not the case and it made arriving very difficult. I could have taken an uber and it would’ve been more convenient.

Driver song was great had great directions on where to meet him service was great would use again next time we come to japan

Once we found the correct pick up point which was made relatively easy by contact and photos with our driver, we had a comfortable ride to the hotel. Our driver was friendly and gave us some great information. A great experience- thank you.

Got confirmation but when no one reached out for pickup details I was told the booking was cancelled. So there I was in a foreign country traveling with kids and no transportation. Luckily I booked another vendor for the ride back to the airport. When I reached out to them, they had a ride for me within 15 minutes (and was less expensive).
