Fantastic and well informed guide. Offered lots of information with a hint of comedy. Kept us all focused with her wonderful ghostly stories and gruesome history. York is a fantastic place to visit and booking one of the many tours hosted by Shadows of York was certainly one of our highlights. Thanks for a great evening walkabout.

Charlie was incredible, he was very professional and informative, the perfect ghost tour guide! We learned so much ! My partner didn’t want to do it but was impressed by the end by all the history of York . We will definitely do another ghost tour!

Monica our tour guide was really informative, engaging & funny & showed us beautiful sites of York we’ve never seen before and also told us some really horrible stories…..and confirmed I wasn’t crazy after I personally experienced a York ghost hearing horns & footsteps - if you hear horns during the night, you’re not dreaming….
